Our IT guys are doing a bit of work to our servers and have asked...'What is the most up-to-date version of SQL server that Recorder 6 will support?'

Version 2008 is the latest one we would recommend at the moment.It will run under 2012, but there are  some problems in installing it using this version and some minor problems in running the application

I've been using it with SQL Server Express 2012 for many months and have experienced only one problem so far (relating to the report wizard).  I didn't have any problems with installation but I'm using SQL Server Express 2012 and not the full version of SQL Server 2012 so that might make a difference.

We have had a nightmare with 2012 and still have not made it work, but this seems to have been due to the interaction between R6, SQL2012, Win7 and Kaspersky somehow. Intending to go back to 2008 Express, but I have no way of knowing now whether we will still have the problem then until we try it.
