Topic: Win 7 PC won't run R6 after running 6.19 upgrade
I have just run the 6.19.4 upgrade and our two windows XP machines start R6 okay but the windows 7 machine won't get beyond the splash screen, dying with the error below. It ran 6.18.1 fine before the upgrade.
R6 is on a server running Windows 2012 Server Standard. SQL Server is: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (SP2) - 10.50.4000.0 (X64) Jun 28 2012 08:36:30 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation Express Edition with Advanced Services (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.2 <X64> (Build 9200: )
I've also run Recorder System Check and its report is below. (On one occasion it did give me an "Attempt fixes" button that didn't cure the problem. I don't seem able to get that button anymore).
Any ideas please...?
Thanks, Keith
