Topic: Problem with photo uploads

Hi there
Sorry for posting this query again - I don't know if it was seen before as it was posted as a reply to a fairly old message.
I've moved my webpages over to my live server and everything seems to be working fine.
My only outstanding problem now is that it won't let me upload photographs. I seem to recall I had this problem initially on the test server but I'm really sorry I can't remember how I resolved it. I get an error message saying "An error occurred when uploading the file. Failed to save the uploaded file."
When this is resolved I think we're ready to go so it would be great to move over to the main BRC Warehouse - do you know how we can proceed with this?

Is the iform/client_helpers/upload folder (and the iform/client_helpers/cache) writeable by your web server?

Great, so now we are ready to go. Is it possible to move us over to the BRC Warehouse? Do I need to talk to someone else about this?

Hi Rachel

I will create accounts for you on our live warehouse and send you details by email.
You will have to recreate the server configuration by hand, copying from test to live server.
You will also have to point your Drupal site at the live warehouse and update the survey and species list selections that your recording form has, likewise the report forms will also need updating to refer to the new survey.
You're nearly there though - well done!
