Orthopteriods of the British Isles Recording Scheme, through the Biological Records Centre, have produced 10KM range, recording period and seasonal period rules for grasshopper, cricket and allied Insects. Additionally they have also assigned identification difficulties and highlighted species that require additional verification (rare or are new, establishing species).  These are now available to download and use in the NBN Record Cleaner.
