Topic: Import Wizard / Term List Query

In the Abundance -> Meaurement Qualifier term list is 'Adult Male'.

If I import a record with an Abundance column containing '1 Adult Male' I get a record containing:
Qualifier: Male
Data: 1 Adult
Unit: Count
Accuracy: Estimate

but I expected and want:
Qualifier: Adult Male
Data: 1
Unit: Count
Accuracy: Exact

What am I doing wrong please? i.e. How do I get it to use the 'Adult Male' entry of the term list as a qualifier?

Thanks, Keith

Re: Import Wizard / Term List Query

The import wizard uses the last space as the divider between the measurement data and the measurement qualifier as illustrated in the Help – see Contents – Tasks – Exchanging data – Import data – Import Wizard – Abundance data. To get '1 Adult Male'  in as you require, you need to remove the space between Adult and Male,  i.e. change it to '1 AdultMale'  then match 'AdultMale' to 'Adult Male'.

Re: Import Wizard / Term List Query

Thank you Sally. I had looked in the help system but hadn't spotted the Mole Hill example.
