I've created an Instant Indicia website using a data warehouse hosted elsewhere, and am having a few issues. The main error I'm getting at the moment is:
"Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './sites/all/libraries/iform/client_helpers/prebuilt_forms/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/gmrgsewb/public_html/Indicia/sites/all/modules/iform/iform.module on line 553"

This makes sense, as there is no file called ".php" in the prebuilt forms directory, and adding the include_path specified in the error message doesn't help as the file .php still doesn't exist.

I know nothing of drupal, but I'm guessing that I don't really want to specify a particular form on line 553 of the iform.module as presumably this is meant to be taking the name of the form from somewhere else ($node->iform).

So can anyone tell me what setting I've got wrong and where to find it?
