A major part of my work is disseminating data by it's designation e.g. WCA - Protected, Euro Protection, Local BAP. This has proved difficult and with a dataset that is prone to errors as I have found myself recently, perhaps the R6 team would welcome an easier way of managing statuses/designations .
I know I would welcome an easier way of extracting designated species records as well as them being correct.

A single table perhaps relating taxons to designations. At present it took 9 table to extract the designations for all species with enough names to match some data.
