Topic: Verification page

Hi,
I'm trying to allow records that are "likely" or "uncertain" to be included in the verification page (I'm using Verification 3 form with the default settings) but just can't figure it out. I see from the iRecord forum (http://www.brc.ac.uk/irecord/index.php?q=node/135) that this has been enabled there.

Can you let me know how?

Thanks,
Fiona

Re: Verification page

Hi Fiona
iRecord uses the "Verification grid report 3 using index_locations_samples" report to populate the grid, and has the following settings for Preset parameter values:

survey_id=
date_from=
date_to=
smpattrs=
occattrs=

Plus the following settings for default parameter values:

id=
records=unverified
searchArea=
idlist=
certainty=U

But is there any reason for you to not just expose your records for verification on iRecord and use the tools there?

Best wishes
John

Re: Verification page

Hi John,
Many thanks for that. I now have the page working as I'd like.

In terms of exposing the records on iRecord for verification, I would assume that would mean my recorders having to have an account on my website to submit records, view and edit their records but also have an account with iRecord to verify records. I realise I could be very wrong here as I haven't yet got my head around the wonders of the easy_login module.

If I can have a link on my website that sends logged in users (on my site) to the iRecord verification pages without them having to then login on iRecord then that would be perfect. Is this possible?

Many thanks,
Fiona
