I have had a problem with the NBN Exchange Format Export

After several hours processing it came up with an error (sorry didn't save the message) along the lines of the abundance field is too long and will be truncated (the record did have a lot of entries, male, female, nymph, etc), but no clue to whether it was aborting, ignoring the record or just truncating the field.

On clicking OK, I now have no idea whether Recorder has hung or it is continuing with the export (including the truncated field) because the Data Export panel has not disappeared and I still have the egg-timer, but no file has been created so far! I will leave it running overnight to see if the export does actually complete ... will report back tomorrow

If Recorder has indeed hung this needs looking at, because at the moment I cannot send this dataset to the NBN Gateway as per our NE MoA!

EDIT UPDATE: Friday morning, Recorder is still sitting there with the Data Export window open (with cancel the only option) - the 'Export Complete' dialog was open but behind the main Recorder window and it was waiting for me to delete the TXT files, so I'm assuming it has done the export, but I don't know what it did to the problem record(s)!
