Just a minor gripe really, but should be easy to fix.

In the Locations window, tenure tab, the Type dropdown appears to be unsorted and thus lists items in the order they appear in the TENURE_TYPE table. This has the happy consequence that Owner is always at the top and Unknown second (the two system supplied entries), but results in the rest of the list being rather strangely ordered.

We have many other tenure types, most of which are a legacy of Rec3 (and these appear in alphabetical order), but several have been added more recently and the order of these is erratic, making it hard to find the item you are looking for. In particular typing the initial letter doesn't bring you to all the items beginning with that letter.

If the dropdown list was sorted by SYSTEM_SUPPLIED and then by SHORT_NAME, this would leave Owner and Unknown at the top, but would make searching the list much easier and less error prone. Even sorting only by SHORT_NAME would be more user-friendly, in fact probabaly more so since a keypress would take you close to where you need to be, even if the key is an O or U.

I haven't checked but I wonder of this also applies to some of the other drop-downs as well.
