Topic: Problem exporting to NBN

Hi - I am trying to export a dataset update to NBN from Recorder version 6.17.1.250. In the past, in the Data Export box, we have always selected NBN Exchange Format, but this option is no longer there. The only two options are NBN Data and NBN Acess Database (zipped). Is anyone able to tell me why the extra option has disappeared and, in its absence, which of the remaining options I should use? Many thanks, Becky

Hi Becky

I found yesterday mine had disappeared too.  The answer was here http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=3679 (post 12) copy the files which in my case were in Recorder 6 Server\Extra Addins\NBN Exchange into the Addins folder, and then install from there.
