Hi, we seem to have discovered a new bug in the people database, since upgrading to version 6.17.  When you are adding a new person, or updating existing information, you have to save each tab before you go onto the next one, otherwise it looses all of the information.  For example, once you have added or edited information in the 'Individual' tab, you have to save it, then click the edit button before you can go to the 'Addresses' tab.  Most annoying - especially as we keep on forgetting to save, so have to keep on re-entering information!

Has anyone else found this problem?

I just tried this and something similar is happening here.

I add an individual and then go on to the address, add that  and then onto contact number. on return to address tab the address is gone, but the name on the individual tab is still there.

Yup, same here. All tabs get cleared except "Individual".

The "Biography" tab gets part cleared - dates of birth/death disappear.
