Hi

I'm doing a large import of Mapmate records using the Mapmate key to identify duplicates. I just wanted to check the difference between accepting All Orginial and All Latest. The help menu on my copy of Recorder seems to have broken down so I can't check on there.

To overwrite everything with the incoming data ([All Imported]), to ignore the imported rows and keep the copies you already have ([All Original]), or to compare date stamps and import rows only if they are more recently changed ([All Latest]).

All original will leave any records you previously imported unchanged. All Imported will update any which are already present and All latest will look at the date(Entry_date and Changed_date) and only replace those with a later date. All latest is going to do the same as All imported with Mapmate data.

All  imported will pick up any changes made in the MapMate data including new records. All original will just add new records.
