Hi Jim/John,

Is the Indicia server down now?  I am getting the below error message on my map page and submit sightings page:

Invalid response received from Indicia Warehouse. Array ( [result] => [output] => HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Content-Length: 1635 Content-Type: text/html Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0 X-Powered-By: ASP.NET Date: Thu, 02 Feb 2012 19:10:19 GMT

Below that I see a 'Page cannot be displayed' error.

Please investigate this and let me know what the issue is.

Yes, it was yesterday bewtween 5 pm to 7 pm. But, now it's back to normal. All service are up and running.

Hi

Just wanted to note that this was planned maintenance. The warehouse storage was increased by an order of magnitude and its processing power doubled.

We always endeavour to post on this forum in advance of planned down time and indeed Biren did so yesterday afternoon. Ideally we will give more than 24 hours notice for those (like me) who only want daily digests from the forum.

We also made arrangements for the work to be done outside of office hours in the hope of minimising inconvenience.
