I have tried again to upgrade a standalone copy on a laptop with Admin rights to 693 from 692. It has failed again when upgrading the database with the same following message:

Error occurred running script 00000003.sql. The error is described as:
DELETE statement conflicted with COLUMN REFERENCE constraint 'FK_TAXON_FACT_TAXON_VERSION'. The conflict occurred in database 'NBNData', table 'TAXON_FACT', column 'TAXON_VERSION_KEY'

I guess the question is then, is it far from upgrading or can I do something to complete it manually please?

I am trying to get this blank copy to the latest version to test my import of MapMate exported records.

Sounds like the same problem Ian Spence was having. I think it best you talk to Sarah about this as I believe she was able to help Ian complete his upgrade.
