In the "Click to Query Occurrence " settings in the "Distribution Map 1" form the display columns are set as:

taxon=Species
entered_sref=Grid Ref
date_start=Date

But only the Species and Grid Ref show when I click on a map point.

Thanks for reporting this - I've fixed the problem in the jquery.indiciaMapPanel.js file in SVN if you want to update.
