Hi,

I'm experiencing problems trying to update fungi records in Recorder 6 to include reference information.  The references are included in the Recorder 6 document list and I am able to add the relevant references to the 'Sources' tab of the record.  However, when I try to save the edited record, a box appears with the message "An unhandled error has occured in the application" and the bug report states that there has been a "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_TAXON_OCCURRENCE_SOURCES'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'TAXON_OCCURRENCE_SOURCES'."
