But before I go I want to shout loudly about how important this forum is to Recorder users.
I was a relative 'Recorder numpty' when I came to Cumbria and I cannot iterate enough how useful I have found the forum for getting me out of technical scrapes. An awful lot of the answers are in there with a bit of looking.

As the funding support for Recorder is slowly pulled, the importance of the forum as a means of communicating the development needs and technical issues to each other should not be underestimated.

Can I especially thank the big guys - Sally Rankin, John van Breda and Mike Weideli (amongst others) for their clarity.
