Re: Records Import

Has anyone come across this Import Reject message before when importing records? Is it something we need to deal with as the records seem to have imported fine or does it relate to restricting the surveys that data enterers can see and therefore is not relevant in the database the records are being imported to?

Items rejected by Recorder 6 in data imported at 12-22-45 on 15/03/2011:

Failed to insert SR000291000000AJ into User_Survey_Restriction
Database Error Message:

Re: Records Import

This sounds like another thing that is being included in exports in error. Survey tags are another when transferring custody – see http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?pid=7651#p7651. Users are system specific and so shouldn’t be transferred from copy to copy, nor should User_Survey_Restriction. If these are the only rejects you are getting, I think all will be well, but I suggest doing some checks to ensure that everything else has gone in although it sounds as though you have done that.
