I have a Windows 7 installation and have moved the users files into C;\Programdata and changed the registry entries. However, no matter what I do the registry entry for the location of the Import Wizard templates always reverts back to C:\Program Files when I run Recorder. The registry entries appear to change, and if fact I can exit the registry editor and go back in and the change is shown, but then is lost when I next run Recorder. I have tried running the registry editor as Administrator but the problem still occurs.  Is it Recorder changing this back or Windows 7 ?  Has anyone any suggestions on how I cam make the change permanent ?

This may be because the folder you are trying to point to does not exists. Check that the folder you are using in the registry actually exists. If not then create the folder.

Thanks. Not sure how is happened, but you are right. The folder Import Template which I had in the registry, did not exists in the ProgramData folder. Creating this and changing the registry solved the problem.
