I'm trying to restrict the report wizard to a particular survey but it's not showing up in the "Sources Selection" select-a-survey page (with the correct survey type selected).

By coincidence, it's also in a tag of it's own, so I tried restricting the report wizard to that tag, but no records are returned. The survey should contain all "failed verification" data (thats what I want to find out), but unchecking all the constraints still returns no records.
