Re: 'Install > Add-in Module' Error

I think you may find the answer to you problem in the following thread

http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=1243

Failing that, just google "NBN Forum Class not registered" and you will find a number of similar threads on here

Good luck

Re: 'Install > Add-in Module' Error

Thanks, that sorted out the problem.

However now when I try and use "Bulk Load Addin" that I am now able to install, i get another unhandled exception error.

No amount or removing/reinstalling or dragging the addins onto regsvr32 will fix this.

Any suggestions?

Ed

Re: 'Install > Add-in Module' Error

I also still get an exception when importing data, at the final stages, the validation stages causes the error.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Thanks,
Ed

Re: 'Install > Add-in Module' Error

I've never used the Bulk Load addin so I can't help with that. As for the import problem, that sounds like one we had too. Does the error message say "Invalid Class  string"?

Again if you google this you should find another thread on here which explains how we fixed it. I'm afraid I don't have tiome to find the link right now

Re: 'Install > Add-in Module' Error

Thanks Rob. I have solved both these problems by importing the registry settings detailed in this thread.

http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=1348

I have another problem but will take that up elsewhere in the relevant thread.

Thanks,

Ed
