Apparently we are still experiencing the problem I describe here.

I have searched the forum and have found other people experiencing it, but apparently without resolution.

It is only on one machine and the IT support man is just about at the point of replacing the machine itself and doing a clean install, although the computer itself was new a few months ago.

Any chance of action on this one

Hi Rob, I guess you have seen http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=1348. Have you tried checking if you still get problems with all your addins uninstalled? Also its worth checking if the key I mention in the registry is present on this machine.

I had seen it John thanks, but I admit I hadn't tried your suggestion yet, since Craig didn't seem to have had any luck with it , I will have a look again, probably tomorrow, when the person who has been experiencing the problems here is at work. I will let you know how it goes.
