Having got the import wizard to work with a small number of records, now looking to import large amount of data from Excel spreadsheets.  Recorder 6 current Database has 372000 records, is there a simple way of doing this to avoid difficulties of having to match hundreds of sites at import i.e. sorting new records into site order rather than species order?

Could you please clarify what you are looking to do (if still needed) - I am not sure what you mean by "sorting new records into site order rather than species order" and how this relates to the import wizard.
