This is a very strange error which appears to be totally random and not consistent:

Sometimes when I open Recorder and view an observation record, the "Surveyor's Ref" and "Comment" are empty even for records I know actually contain data - if I close Recorder and reopen it the information is displayed correctly - I have so far noticed this glitch 3 times, but cannot consistently reproduce it!
