A simple change but one which would help me a lot would be the addition of a "Preferred contact" field in the TENURE table.

For many sites I have tenure records for owner, tenant, agent etc. and often only one of these is worth contacting. It would save a lot of time if there was a tickbox. A comment field would also be useful.
