Hi Jon / Richard,

We are just trying to update a couple of calls to your updated services.  I see from other threads that you have been doing some database shifting as well ?

The calls we are trying to use seem to be down a lot at the moment - e.g.

GetSpeciesList

Call:
'<SpeciesListRequest xmlns="http://webservices.searchnbn.net/query">
        <GeographicalFilter>
            <KnownSite siteKey="1002775" providerKey="GA000339" xmlns="http://webservices.searchnbn.net/data" />
        </GeographicalFilter>

      </SpeciesListRequest>';

This is one of my "hard coded" checks - and over the last couple of days its been down as much as up - is this due to updates at your end ?

Currently returning:
"The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request"

But was last working at 18:55 last night

Just really trying to check I haven't missed anything silly with the changes - or is this just bedding in issues with the changes.

Hi James,

I don't know what caused the downtime there - I'm looking into it.  I'll keep an eye on your automatic e-mails and check things whenever I get one.  I must confess I'd stopped worrying about your auto e-mails since the re-development was causing them to occur quite frequently.  In theory things should be stable now...
