I have been trying to access the forum from my laptop at home. However since I had not kept a record of the login password I had to request a new one (which was of course sent to my work email address).

With the new password accepted (at work), I returned home to my laptop to be told that the new password I had been assigned was wrong, so I am still unable to log in from home.

Any suggestions?

Rob, I've just tried the password reset process and it worked, so everything seems to be find at the server-end. Here are a couple of things to check:

When you receive the password reset email, make sure you click on the link (you should be taken to a page that says "Your password has been updated. You can now login with your new password." The password provided in the email will not work unless you do this.

Make sure you're entering the correct username when you log in; for you I've got RobLarge and that is associated with your wiltshirewildlife.org email address.
