I am still fairly new to Recorder 6, but have been progressing steadily.  However, I have encountered a problem when trying to do a report.  I've tried the report wizard and, although I have 261 records in a particular database, and click on the relevant survey and checklist, it gives me the message 'no occurences found'!  Where am I going wrong?

Hi Vanessa,

If your species occurrences have not been checked (ie there should be a little tick in the checkbox next to the occurrence in the observation hierarchy) then they will not appear in the report. Until records have been verified in this way they will not be reported on - its part of the in-built verification. I hope this solves your problem.
