Topic: Cascading changes in the obs hierarchy doesn't alter changed date/by

Cascading changes down the observation hierarchy (e.g. changing the date of a survey event) doesn't appear to be causing the sample (or occurrence/determination) changed_date or changed_by fields to be updated. It would be very useful if it did.

Good point. I would have expected the date changed to be updated if any data changes were cascaded.
