I have just transferred our copy of Recorder 3.3 to a refurbished computer with Windows XP and Service Pack 3.   I have managed to get Recorder 3.3 up and running but I cannot input either the user password ir the LRC_SYSTEM user.  There is a message saying processing but has anyone any idea what is being processed and how I can get the system to work.
