There is an issue with one of the warehouses which seems to have caused the same problem as first highlighted in http://forums.nbn.org.uk/viewtopic.php?id=5657.

This warehouse database has been turned off so that site reports are running off the unaffected warehouse database and you should now see the full list of taxonomic groups within NG53. The underlying issue is continuing to be looked into.

That suggests that either the problem was wrongly diagnosed; or it was correctly diagnosed and the wrong solution applied; or the original problem was cured but has recurred - exactly what we might suspect in a site that seems to thrive on random behaviour.

Just now I have tried to get the lists for NG53, and find that only
clubmoss
conifer
fern
flowering plant
horsetail
stonewort
have been found there.

That is a surprise, unlike the discovery that yet again this potentially valuable resource is about as much good as a chocolate fireguard.
