We are having an issue as follows:

If the "Enter a Single Species Record" window is open at the same time as the "Survey Hierarchy" then if you view a taxon occurrence, the comment field is sometimes blank even if it originally had content, also the "Checked" box in the right panel is not checked even if the species has been checked (and the left panel shows it as checked) - additionally neither the "Comment" nor the "Checked" fields can be edited.

NOTE: this does not always happen, so I haven't found the whole of the conditions where this error occurs, we are on v6.18.1.260

Closing both and reopening the Survey Hierarchy restores the contents of the "Comment" field
