Hi

I do not seem to be able to install any additional add-ins. On attempting I get a pop-up saying:
"The specified file is not a COM server and cannot be registered" A second pop-up then tells me "The following addin has been successfully installed..." but it does not then appear in the list of installed add-ins

Using Recorder 6.17.1.250 as system manager. Running on Windows Server 2008 through Terminal Services as administrator.

Thought I had raised a query on this previously but can't find it so maybe not.

Any ideas?
