Hi Mike, I got the report to work by saving it as HTML and dragging it into excel. Can I request the addition of the "Date of Import" field to the ST11 report please, that would be really useful for me in keeping track of when NBN datasets need refreshed.
Many thanks for all you do
Mhairi

Thank you Mike,
I am afraid it didnt work for me the way I thought. It did work but it wont open in excel and opening in anything else just has all kinds of strange symbols and stuff. I have tried exporting to html and Access mdb, they open but not without extra symbols. I shall email you the html for your info. I think there may be too many characters within the Attribution field and maybe the Description field (NBN surveys mostly) for the system to cope with. I shall try to find my thinking cap :)
Thanks again
Mhairi

Hello Mike,

Thank you for responding to my query so promptly.

I don't think that st01 is the right report for what I want, I think st11 amended to include licence and attribution fields for all surveys would be best for me.

What I am hoping for is a report that will summarise all the survey information including the licence, attribution and private fields that are present on the Licence Tab for all surveys present in the database. This would help me greatly to keep all attribution and citation information up to date for those surveys that we download from the NBN and other sources that have attribution attached to them.

St11 seems a good choice with the new fields added? Is this possible? Or should it be a completely new report?

Many thanks again.
Warm wishes
Mhairi
