I am not sure about this. I can't  immediately find where this is coming from. Have you an example of the key ? Although the same key can be used for Taxon_List_Item and Taxon_Version the NHM does not normally do this.  This means  key are usually unique to a table.  You could use Tools/Goto key to check which of the table it appears in.
