I'm now getting this with an individual:

Unclosed quotation mark after the character string ''

I can't immediately see why this is happening or duplicate the problem. The error message is suggesting that the code is checking the key to see if the entry is an Organisation or an Individual, but the key shouldn't contain any invalid characters. Does it have the same effect if you allocate/don't allocate an Acronym, as there is some code which deals with this situation ?

I have recently started to get the following error

exception message : Unclosed quotation mark after the character string '`#5w'. (I think the characters in the string can change)
(full error message attached)

this happens on pressing save ... on pressing continue application, it appears to have saved the organisation successfully, and adding a person doesn't appear to suffer from the same error, everything works fine afterwards, it is just annoying and there is obviously something corrupt somewhere
