Thanks Charlie - that helped alot. Still not sure what the issue was but it wasn't user permissions as I though.
A reinstall of the addins on each PC did the job - all fine now!

(There's a copy of the system checking in the file uploads - but suspect John may have a more up-to-date version?)

Just to add:

The exact error message is:

The following addins could not be loaded for the specified reasons:
GoToGridControl.Go to spatial ref on map: unknown username or bad password
(Same error for 3 other addins)

Hi All,
We have just moved Recorder over to a new server. All gone very smoothly with one exception:

Add-ins were all coppied accross and can be accessed by 'System Admin' users in R6 as normal.
However, users with 'Full Edit' rights cannot load the add-ins. They get an error as recorder starts.

Anyone any ideas?
