Setting public access is treated the same as setting an individuals access. The steps for which are

To Control Access To Your Dataset For the Public…
1. Go to the NBN Gateway website
2. Click LOG IN/OUT at the top of the page.
3. Enter your username and password and click LOG IN
4. Click MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
5. Under the left-hand subtitle Species Datasets click - you manage
6. In the Species datasets you manage table click manage under Users for the relevant dataset.
7. To set public access click edit alongside Public User always listed in the Current Users table.
8. In the table Update access for Public User complete the form and click set new access.

I might be missing something obvious, but I can't find out where to check/change public access rights for datasets I am administrator for - there are sections for group and individual access but not for general. I'm sure there used to be, but haven't looked at this for quite a long time. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
