The NBN Gateway infrastructure is moving next week from Monday 15th February to Friday 19th February to allow for easier expansion of capacity in the future. During this week you may notice some small lag to your requests as the servers are moved behind the scenes.

The NBN Gateway and web services should still work throughout the move, however for a period of about four hours from 9am on Wednesday 17th February the website will be down. On Friday 19th February you will be able to use the NBN Gateway but will not be able to log in. All works should be completed by 9am Monday 22nd February.

Due to some unforeseen issues in transferring services to the new infrastructure, the final switch over will not be performed till Friday February 26th. This will allow us to perform further testing to insure a robust service in the future.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you will remain with us whilst we make these improvements.

You don't need to take any action and all services should still work throughout the move.
