Topic: Getting date ranges out of Rec6

Hi
We have been trying to send data for upload to NBN but it now requires start date, end date and date type. Can anyone advise how to get this information out of Recorder 6?
Many thanks

Alternatively when I was doing it I was using snapshots (http://jncc.defra.gov.uk/page-4874) which if I recall correctly automatically create those three fields in the export table.

Re: Getting date ranges out of Rec6

If you use the NBN Exchange add-in from http://jncc.defra.gov.uk/page-4597 the date is output as start date, end date and date type. I checked this in v6.23 of the add-in.

Re: Getting date ranges out of Rec6

Hi Sally
We had the NBN Exchange add-in installed and working but since we have run updates on our Rec6, the link must be broken because it does not appear as one of our export options. We have tried to re-install the add-in but it is saying it is already there. What should we do?
Many thanks
Pauline

Re: Getting date ranges out of Rec6

If I remember correctly, the solution to this is to uninstall the add-in in Recorder 6 then remove the add-in files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Recorder 6\Addins, or your equivalent, then reinstall it.
