When entering a qualifier for a count, in the Species record card - The qualifier list would seem to be alphabetical.
If you then go and adapt the Qualifier through the Survey window, the list is in order of input.
Could we get some consistency here, and ensure the list is presented alphabetically wherever it is accessed?

On a related point - the width of the Measurement fields are now changeable - which is good.
However they reset each time the species cards are opened.
Id really like to change the default settings for these widths to ensure my volunteers can see the full terms, as it is resulting in data entry issues.
