I have to say that information on submitting data is very well hidden on the gateway. I know the procedure but didn't have the email address to hand. If you go to the actual Gateway part of the website I could find nothing about this. It should be on the front page with links to the crucial document. . Yes it is there in the guidebooks but it took me about 10 minutes to find it. Such a key aspect really needs a big red button.
